This is a laminated core prototype (φ150). It was manufactured using materials currently under development for a new motor project. In this laminated core, the electromagnetic steel plates are laminated and bonded beforehand, followed by processing using wire cutting. Our laminated core's bonding technology allows for high-precision lamination, packed with our unique know-how, and is one of the technologies that has received much praise from our customers. We are capable of sourcing a variety of materials, not limited to general iron and SUS, but also including amorphous products and special alloys. We provide a one-stop service from prototype processing to mass production of custom motor cores and resolvers.
